Cool weather: Sunny skies and sizzling temperatures in Burbank

What a difference a week makes. Today B-town is sizzling with the high expected to reach into the 90s.  At 11 a.m. here in Burbank it was already 82 degrees.  Last Thursday, we were getting dumped on by another cold rainstorm. Tree talk in B-town Burbank is one of only two communities in the state designated as a Tree City USA recipient by the National Arbor Day Foundation. The other is Sacramento.
