Burbank has a new city manager. It happened tonight during a closed door session of the Burbank City Council. Council members selected Mark Scott, presently the city manager up in Fresno. Sony Pictures made a big announcement  today about one of its biggest franchises, Spider-Man. Last year, “The Amazing Spider-Man” earned more than $750 million worldwide.
