For the second straight year, a Burbank resident is part of the winning team taking home the first place grand prize in the Doritos “Crash The Super Bowl” contest. Director Scott Zabielski, reportedly pulled together the required 30-second TV commercial on a budget of only $2,000, according to KTLA .
