Earthquakes shake up the Southland and movie screenings of “Noah”

A lot of rocking and rolling in SoCal Friday evening as dozens of earthquakes rumble through the region.  A 3.6 magnitude quake near La Habra at 8:03 p.m.last night kicked off a swarm of shakers centered in Orange County. Facebook buys a virtual reality company for $2 billion

Facebook has made another staggering purchase — $2 billion for  the virtual reality gaming company, Oculus VR Inc. The social network made the announcement on its website yesterday. L’Wren Scott laid to rest at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Fashion designer, L’Wren Scott, was laid to rest yesterday at the landmark Hollywood Forever Cemetery  6000 Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles. Hollywood stars Rudolph Valentino, Tyrone Power, and Marion Davies are buried there.
