Today Judge Sotomayor won confirmation from the U.S. Senate on a sweeping 68-31 vote. Michael Jackson’s mother wins custody of his kids

Yesterday, a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, Mitchell Beckloff, granted custody of the singer’s three children to his mother, 79-year-old Katherine Jackson.
