Burbank PD’s 1949 Ford police cruiser wins award

Burbank Police Department has a winner on the force and it rolls on four wheels.  The department’s vintage 1949 Ford police cruiser has won the 2012 California Peace Officers Association “Best Specialty Vehicle” award. Body found in Burbank identified as airline pilot

Burbank police investigators now have the identity of the man whose body was found on the I-5 freeway off ramp at Scott Road in Burbank yesterday.
