The new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Burbank has been sold for $60 million. R.D. Olson Development broke ground on the 102,075-square-foot hotel with a budget of $44 million at 549 South San Fernando Boulevard in January of 2014. It officially opened last Monday. New hotel set to open in Burbank tomorrow

A new hotel is set to open in Burbank tomorrow. The SpringHill Suites, managed by Marriott, has been under construction for more than a year. Ground breaking for new Burbank hotel

Burbank is one step closer to getting a new hotel. Yesterday, a ceremonial ground breaking was held for the $40 million SpringHill Suites by Marriott on San Fernando Boulevard between Providencia and Santa Anita Streets adjacent to Downtown Burbank.
