Labor relations representative, Jesse Tangkhpanya, is not well known around Burbank, but he’s taking action to try to quickly change that. Ballots coming in fast and furious On the day before Election Tuesday, the Burbank City Clerk’s Office has already received more ballots than were cast in the previous General Election.
