Burbank Costco reopens today after hazmat incident

Burbank’s Costco is back in business today after shutting down yesterday afternoon due to a hazmat incident. A Special Olympics athlete missing from USC since last Saturday, turned up in Hayward — more than 350 miles north in the East Bay today.
